FirstLine TaskForce
ARCNet turns everyday consumer moments into life-saving preparedness training — at national scale.
Official Mission Statement
FirstLine TaskForce exists to close the gap between when disaster strikes and when help arrives — by training every American citizen to act as an Immediate First Responder. Using ARCNet augmented reality technology embedded inside the brands and products that already reach every household in the country, we are building the first national preparedness infrastructure powered not by government mandate, but by private-sector distribution, consumer engagement, and the simple truth that the person already on the scene is always the most important person in the room.
What We Stand For
Professional emergency response cannot reach every American in time. The average EMS response is 7 minutes. Brain damage from cardiac arrest begins in 4. That gap is where lives are saved or lost — and it belongs to the citizen.
Government programs reach thousands. ARCNet reaches millions — by embedding preparedness training inside the consumer brands and products that already enter every American household every single day.
Domino's delivers to 330 million Americans. Home Depot serves 240 million households. The distribution network preparedness has always needed already exists. ARCNet activates it.
Every scan, every completed module, every earned credential is tracked and reportable — by zip code, by demographic, by skill. Preparedness becomes measurable public infrastructure for the first time.
The Mission in Practice
These three statements — drawn from across the site — each express a different dimension of the same mission.
The Citizen's Role
"An Immediate First Responder isn't a title you earn. It's a role you're already in — whether you're ready for it or not."
The Scale Argument
"The question is never whether a disaster will happen. The question is whether the people in its path will know what to do. ARCNet answers that question at a scale no government program has ever achieved — by meeting citizens where they already are."
The Human Truth
"The gap between a tragedy and a survival story is almost never the government. It's the neighbor who knew CPR. The coworker who kept a go-bag. The parent who had a plan."
